Fundamentals of Living Mindfully:

This is an excellent introduction to creating and living an effective and ongoing mindful life. It is also a great place to begin if you are new to meditation and mindfulness, or looking to refine existing skills for all aspects of your life. Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, and group feedback and discussion.
You will learn how to reduce your stress and gain more happiness by:
1. Developing a healthier relationship with your thoughts and feelings
2. Developing more balance with your emotions
3. Being more in touch with your body and mind
These classes will provide you with a supportive environment through a step-by-step process to learn the nuts and bolts of mindfulness meditation and basic mindfulness practices and implement into your life.
If you have a busy mind (and life), lack discipline and can’t sit still, that’s no problem. Our approach is user-friendly, realistic and practical.
If you’re anxious, stressed, overtired, overwhelmed, or tend to overthink, the course will help you to better manage even your most troubling thoughts and emotions.
