Once approved, your investment in the Natural Awakenings franchise opportunity is:

• One-time turn key business fee of $47,700. (Note: Using retirement funds from 401Ks, IRAs, etc. can be approved by the IRS so you avoid penalties or paybacks. We are experts at helping to find ways to finance your business, including finding you a partner.)
• Ongoing monthly royalty fee payment of $150 or 7% of monthly gross sales (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months, and then
• $300 or 7% of monthly gross sales (whichever is greater) thereafter.
• The unique Natural Awakenings franchise package includes everything you need to publish a Natural Awakenings magazine in your community.

The Franchise Business Package includes :

• A quantity of our Natural Awakenings magazines (with a mock-up of your premiere local issue’s cover on top) for promotional purposes. • A user name and password to download proprietary marketing materials, including: advertisement contract/rate sheets, photographs, signs, logos, invoices, confidentiality agreements and much more.
