Garlic is Kind to Cartilage

New research from King’s College London and the University of East Anglia, in Norwich, England, reveals yet another healing benefit of garlic. The scientists discovered that women that consume a diet high in garlic and other allium vegetables, such as onions and leeks, experience less hip osteoarthritis.
