This workshop will help you define your stressors as well as how you process them. We will discuss coping strategies that can help you manage your stress like visualization, creative thinking, reframing and meditation. Then we will experiment with a variety of meditations to help you find what works best for you. Feel free to bring your own blanket, candle, crystal or anything that can help you focus.
