An afternoon for ladies to heal, relax and have fun! We start with a Vinyasa Yoga with Nina, Bellydance creative movement meets Burlesque with Maria .then a fun Latin moderm movement class.Afterwards ladies mingle and we serve martinis and margaritas and appetizers. Denise our resident massage therapist is giving mini massages if desired. $60 if reserved by 1/25/12. Massages $20 extra-if group is up for dinner after looking at Cafe Azur in Darien. A great day for you and/or grab your girlfriends/ |
