7 Basic Classes, The Sacred Seven

Participants will experience and learn a form of embodied practice, a non-religious based meditation. No previous experience with meditation is required.

• Learn fundamentals of creating through thought.
• Learn tools that provide the resources needed to act on knowledge that you already know.
• Prepare your energy systems for the journey of reuniting your past-life footprints (in the electromagnetic field of the earth) to begin to experience oneness.

Understand the energetic principles of forming against resistance and how to work with your vortex and aura energy fields (and the energy of others). Come experience the power of being in body.

The goal of meditation is self-healing and connection - and to learn to be in communication with the space in between - from which grows a wealth of possibilities.
