This Level I - DHARMI Signature Immersion is a series of 7 online classes where you will practice the Seven Steps for stress management and explore 7 Maps for wellbeing and mindfulness in an integrative way. A DHARMI Lifestyle keeps you alert as you travel along your path, while journaling regularly following your roadmap and practicing the Vortex of Energy Meditation weekly to stay on track.
We are sure that you are on your right path, at the right time with the right people. Though, if you experience stress on a physical, emotional, behavioral or psychological level, this Compass will give you tools to reconsider your direction and to find balance.
Each class includes:
- Teachings and guidance to complete your own DHARMI map
- Meditation to clarify and transcend stress that you may have identified
- Tools to reprogram and move forward from a new perspective.
This approach of stress management and self-development is based on the DHARMI Method and offers guidance using a GPS (series of 7 maps) to navigate life transitions.
